Overview

For many Canadians, reaching homeownership is a major achievement — and supporting that journey doesn’t stop once the keys are handed over. Once a homeowner purchases with Ourboro, their journey continues with new decisions, questions, and opportunities along the way.

As a real estate professional and Ourboro Referral Partner, you play an important role in helping your clients navigate these decisions with confidence.

Join us for an online partner education session focused on what happens after a homebuyer becomes an Ourboro homeowner.

We’ll walk through the homeowner journey, share an overview of the programs and support available, and discuss common questions homeowners may have as they consider next steps — including buying out Ourboro’s share, refinancing, selling, or planning for the future.

Then, we’ll open the floor for your questions.

This session is designed to keep you, our Referral Partner community, informed and connected — so that together, we can continue supporting homeowners throughout their homeownership journey.

About Ourboro

Ourboro helps close the down payment gap that is keeping Canadians from buying their homes. We can contribute up to $250,000 towards the down payment, but it’s not a loan, so there is no interest and no monthly payments. Instead, as a co-owning partner, we buy a share of the home. When it comes time to sell, we each receive our fair share of the gains or losses.
