Our combined downpayment is fixed at 20% of the purchase price
When you co-buy with Ourboro you can contribute anywhere from 5 - 15% of the purchase price toward the down payment. We’ll invest the rest to get the home to a 20% down payment.
Ourboro can invest up to 15% of the home’s purchase price, with a maximum contribution of $250,000.

This represents how much you’ll have outstanding on your mortgage, based on an original mortgage that was 80% of the purchase price.
The amount of mortgage principal that will be returned to you based on your estimated payments. This estimate uses an average interest rate of 5.5% over a 30 year amortization.
Remaining Equity is what gets split based on our respective equity shares. It's made up of our original down payment plus/minus the appreciation or depreciation in the home's value.
